We are looking to hire a Female Front Desk Receptionist with following job responsibilities :

Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information
Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients’ arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
Maintain current insurance practices, requirements, forms and processes and follows up on insurance claims and coding information using Daman List of Codes and ICD-10.
Knowledgeable in dental charting codes and diagnosis using Daman price list codes and ICD 10
Preferred Skills :

Experience working as a receptionist or in a relevant role in a medical setting.
Arabic Speaking.
Must look presentable & professional.
Friendly and compassionate disposition.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records.
Experience in Dok32 App and office/Dental accounting software.
